Brendon McCullum reacts to Virat Kohli’s ‘Spiderman’ tweet

Last night, against Sunrisers Hyderabad, AB de Villiers was on his 360-degree best during his spectacular knock of 34-ball 69 which saw him pummel the Bhuvneshwar Kumar-less SRH bowling attack. However, it was the magnificent catch which the South African pulled out, leaping in the air grabbed the eyeballs more than his batting last night.

After posting a massive total batting first, courtesy, a brilliant partnership of de Villiers and Moeen Ali who added 107 runs after the loss of skipper Kohli.

In the final overs, Colin de Grandhome and Sarfaraz Khan played handy knocks to take the total over 200, eventually 218.

SRH after losing opener Shikhar Dhawan early, looked in a commanding position when Hales along with skipper Williamson added useful runs.

However, in the 8th over of the match, a hoick from Hales which looked as if it was destined to go over the boundary line met a man named Superman,

as skipper Kohli describes the same on Twitter. De Villers, timing his jump to perfection took the catch inches away from the boundary line.

Hales was getting in the grove for a long inning along with Williamson who eventually took control of the game later.

Eventually, the RCB bowlers kept their nerves in the high-scoring game and did not allow the table-toppers to stretch their lead further in the points table.
